RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH AOC
WHEREAS,the Washington Supreme Court handed down its decision in the Blake matter which caused extra work and expense for counties; and
WHEREAS,the Washington Legislature appropriated funds for reimbursing those expenses; and
WHEREAS,the Administrative Office of the Court (AOC) has been charged with administering those funds; and
WHEREAS, the attached contract for such reimbursement has been negotiated and its execution is necessary for reimbursing Kittitas County for such costs.
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved:
The BOCC Chairman is authorized to execute the attached interlocal agreement with AOC.
