ACTION REQUESTED:
Execute contract with AOC
BACKGROUND:
This is an agreement with the Administrative Office of the Courts for reimbursing the County for expenses
incurred related to the recent Blake decision by the Washington Supreme Court. It has been negotiated with
AOC and the Prosecutors' and Auditors' offices across the state.
INTERACTION:

RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize Chair's signature to execute contract with AOC
HANDLING:
return signed copy to AOC at the address contained in the agreement
