AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this ____ day of ___________, 2021. <br />PURPOSE: To amend the above referenced professional services agreement dated October 15, <br />2019 between Kittitas County, referred as “County,” and THE WATERSHED COMPANY, <br />referred to as “Consultant.” <br />IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the professional services agreement is amended as follows: <br />Attachment B, Compensation <br />The following amendment is to add an additional task in the amount of $5,000.00 to assist with <br />final BOCC review and adoption.
