PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this ____ day of ___________, 2021.
PURPOSE: To amend the above referenced professional services agreement dated October 15,
2019 between Kittitas County, referred as “County,” and THE WATERSHED COMPANY,
referred to as “Consultant.”
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the professional services agreement is amended as follows:
Attachment B, Compensation
The following amendment is to add an additional task in the amount of $5,000.00 to assist with
final BOCC review and adoption. Total contract value adjusts accordingly to $62,000.00 per the
table below.

Except as expressly provided by this amendment, all other terms and conditions of the original
professional services agreement and any amendments thereto remain in full force and effect.
