ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes a Resolution to authorize the contract
amendment execution between Kittitas County Public Health and Ellensburg First United
Methodist Church.
BACKGROUND:
The Ellensburg First United Methodist Church agreed to rent additional space to KCPHD Syringe
Exchange for use for the NEXUS Project grant from the University of Washington. The timeline
for this project was extended, and therefore the original rental agreement requires extension.

Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 10/25/2021
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 10/28/2021
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes a Resolution to authorize the contract
amendment execution between Kittitas County Public Health and Ellensburg First United
Methodist Church.
