AGENDA DATE: November 2, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to approve agreement HH-2021-002-HopeSource-CWS
BACKGROUND: The Homeless and Affordable Housing Committee (HAHC) received a request from HopeSource for funding the Cold Weather Shelter during the regularly scheduled September HAHC
meeting. The Shelter is not a new program for the HAHC to fund.
INTERACTION: During the regularly scheduled meeting of the HAHC on 9-24-21, the committee reviewed the application submitted by HopeSource. The committee voted unanimously to approve
and recommend the application to the BOCC. Contract approved by DPA Mitchell. Finances approved by Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Homelessness and Affordable Housing Agreement HH-2021-002-HopeSource-CWS
