RESOLUTION NO. 2021-_______
A Resolution Approving Lease Termination
WHEREAS, Kittitas County, and Leroy Miller, d/b/a Miller Refrigeration, entered into lease for
real property at the Bowers Airport and Industrial area on October 1, 2008; and
WHEREAS, That lease was subsequently amended on October 16, 2018; and
WHEREAS, Lessee, Mr. Miller has since passed away and Mrs. Miller desires to terminate
the lease effective September 31, 2021; and
WHEREAS, Kittitas County finds such lease termination to be in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Kittitas County hereby consents to the
termination of the October 1, 2008 lease between Kittitas County and Leroy Miller d/b/a/ Miller
Refrigeration effective September 31, 2021.
