Sourcewell Contract #010720-AXN | Amendment #1 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />AMENDMENT #1 <br />TO <br />CONTRACT #010720-AXN <br /> <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT is by and between Sourcewell and Axon Enterprise Inc. (Vendor). <br /> <br />Sourcewell awarded a contract to Vendor for Public Safety Video Surveillance Solutions with <br />Related Equipment, Software and Accessories effective February 25, 2020, through February <br />21, 2024 (Contract). <br /> <br />The parties wish to amend the following terms within the Contract: <br /> <br />1. This Amendment is effective upon the date of the last signature below. <br /> <br />2.
