KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, October 19, 2021 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a contract between Kittitas County and <br />Sourcewell Contract Number RFP#010720. <br />BACKGROUND: This is a 60 -month contract for 41 `Body 3' body cameras and 41 <br />`Taser 7' electronic control devise with accessories, warranties, software, data storage <br />and support. This contract will equip all line deputies and courthouse security with state- <br />of-the-art video evidence management less -lethal devices. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a contract between Kittitas County and <br />Sourcewell Contract Number RFP#010720. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to the Sheriff's Office to obtain signatures from <br />Sourcewell. KCSO to return one fully executed original to BOCC. <br />LEAD STAFF: Inspector Whitsett <br />
