AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, October 19, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a contract between Kittitas County and
Sourcewell Contract Number RFP#010720.
BACKGROUND: This is a 60 -month contract for 41 `Body 3' body cameras and 41
`Taser 7' electronic control devise with accessories, warranties, software, data storage
and support. This contract will equip all line deputies and courthouse security with state-
of-the-art video evidence management less -lethal devices.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a contract between Kittitas County and
Sourcewell Contract Number RFP#010720.
HANDLING: Return one original to the Sheriff's Office to obtain signatures from
Sourcewell. KCSO to return one fully executed original to BOCC.
