ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
Renewal between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for Out of Home Services.
(Effective date: 08/01/2021 – End Date: 02/01/2022)
BACKGROUND:
The PSA between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank to provide grocery and/or
prepared meal delivery to individuals under isolation or quarantine order at temporary housing,
for a total of two weeks per household, unless extended by order of the Emergency Operations
Center (EOC) or Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD). This contract is in place until
such time that the Kittitas County Health Network (KCHN) receives funding and is in a position
to takeover services.

Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 09/30/2021
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
Renewal between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for In Home Services.
