Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />10/19/2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />Renewal between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for Out of Home Services. <br />(Effective date: 08/01/2021 – End Date: 02/01/2022) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank to provide grocery and/or <br />prepared meal delivery to individuals under isolation or quarantine order at temporary housing, <br />for a total of two weeks per household, unless extended by order of the Emergency Operations <br />Center (EOC) or Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD).
