ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Service Agreement between
Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central Washington. (Effective dates:
October 1, 2021-December 31, 2021)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement is in place between Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of
Central Washington (CHCW) The agreement allows CHCW to provide services for those eligible
in the Children with Special Health Care Needs program which is a part of the Maternal Child
Health Block Grant.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 10/04/2021
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 10/06/2021
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Service Agreement between
Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central Washington. (Effective dates:
October 1, 2021-December 31, 2021)
