10/12/21 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING <br /> TUESDAY 1:00 P.M. OCTOBER 12, 2021 <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Neil <br />Caulkins, DPA III; Mark Cook, Public Works Director; Justin <br />Turnbull, County Surveyor. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 1:03 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced that the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 <br />minutes to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of <br />real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding <br />such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. <br />Action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:18 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 1:18 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection <br />of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price. Action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:23 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
