COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 1:00 P.M. OCTOBER 12, 2021
Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-
Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Neil
Caulkins, DPA III; Mark Cook, Public Works Director; Justin
Turnbull, County Surveyor. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 1:03 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and
announced that the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15
minutes to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of
real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding
such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price.
Action anticipated.
At 1:18 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
At 1:18 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection
of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase
when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. Action anticipated.
At 1:23 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was direction to Staff to prepare a draft letter for Board
signature.
Item #3 was pulled from the agenda.
Meeting adjourned 1:24 p.m.
