COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 10:00 A.M. SEPTEMBER 20, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Phil Backlund,
Consultant; and Carly Brettmann, Communications Director.
SPECIAL MEETING WEEKLY PLANNING UPDATE COMMISSIONERS
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a weekly planning update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the weekly planning agenda. Vice
Chairman Osiadacz said she would request that the Executive
Committee of the Management Team put on their next agenda, the
results of a recent survey of employees and future shared workspace.
The Board reviewed good news; their “rocks”; issues on track to
solve; a recap of their to-do lists; and a rating of the meeting.
The Board reviewed the information on the Traction Tools.
Meeting adjourned at 11:01 a.m.
