COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING WEDNESDAY 1:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 23, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Phil Backlund,
Consultant; and Carly Brettmann, Communications Director.
SPECIAL MEETING 90 DAY REVIEW COMMISSIONERS
At 1:00 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a 90-day review planning update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the
afternoon.
The Board reviewed good news; V/TO review including the Board’s ten-
and three-year plans; core values and core focus review and
assessment; review of the marketing plan; one year plan; rock
development; scorecard development; issues; and a rating of the
meeting.
The Board felt it was a productive meeting and thanked Phil for his
time.
Meeting adjourned at 3:53 p.m.
