CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES

Regular Meeting
MONDAY 1:30 PM September 27, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice -Chairman
Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others In -Person: Dan Carlson, Community Development Services;
Josh Fredrickson, Nicole Ogan and Rebecca Cruse, Public Works.
Others via WebEx: Neil Caulkins, Prosecuting Attorney; Mike
Flory and Jessica Miller, Community Development Services and two
(2) members of the public.
At 1:34 pm Chairman Wachsmith opened the Community Development
Services Study Session.
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMIT ACTIVITY REPORT
CDS Director Dan Carlson presented the residential permit
activity for June, July, and August. Data is pulled from our
SmartGov software that we have had since 2018. Plan review is
running between 8-10 weeks due to the current workload.
OTHER BUSINESS
There is no other business.
