KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, WEBEX <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM September 27, 2021 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice -Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br />Others In -Person: Dan Carlson, Community Development Services; <br />Josh Fredrickson, Nicole Ogan and Rebecca Cruse, Public Works. <br />Others via WebEx: Neil Caulkins, Prosecuting Attorney; Mike <br />Flory and Jessica Miller, Community Development Services and two <br />(2) members of the public. <br />At 1:34 pm Chairman Wachsmith opened the Community Development <br />Services Study Session. <br />RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMIT ACTIVITY REPORT <br />CDS Director Dan Carlson presented the residential permit <br />activity for June, July, and August. Data is pulled from our <br />SmartGov software that we have had since 2018.
