2021-09-20 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 11:30 A.M. SEPTEMBER 20, 2021 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith & Vice-Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Amy Cziske, <br />Treasurer; and Lisa Murray, Administrative Supervisor. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING PUD TAXES TREASURER <br />At 11:30 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a meeting to receive an update <br />on PUD Taxes. <br /> <br />Lisa Murray, Administrative Supervisor brought forward for the Board <br />to start thinking about distributing PUD funds. The County receives <br />taxes from Grant County PUD from taxes paid in Kittitas County. None <br />of the taxes are paid in a city. The question for the Board is how <br />to distribute these funds and what to use them for. The Treasurer’s <br />Office supplied the RCW’s for allowed uses and the breakdown of the <br />funds received from the PUD for distribution.
