COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
WEBEX/CONF. ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
FRIDAY 8:00 A.M. SEPTEMBER 17, 2021
Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-
Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor, Greg Zempel,
Prosecutor; Lisa Young, HR Director.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 8:03 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced that the Board would
recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to discuss with legal
counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing
the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency,
the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is,
or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. Action anticipated.
At 8:18 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Direction given to Staff to proceed as originally directed.
There was discussion on if the Board would like to post the video
Commissioner Wright did on REET 2. Chairman Wachsmith and
Commissioner Osiadacz declined.
Meeting adjourned 8:27 a.m.
