0. Amendment No.2 to Lodging Tax Service Agreement2O2l-OI8-KEEN-GIDER between Kittitas Gounty and Kittitas Environmental Education Network Lodging Tax Agreement 2021-018 is hereby amended as allowed by section 9(b) of the original Grant Agreement to reflect the underlined changes that the Consolidated committee approved on the 7123121 CLTAC meeting. Section 2. Pavment. a. As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the Contractor's Services, the County agrees to pay Contractor the sum of thirtv two thousand twentv-five dollars ($32.025.00) (Kittitas Go. lodsinq tax fundinq). b. Additional payment terms: The County will make payment to the Contractor only on a reimbursement basis, as receipts/invoices for any items including marketing and/or advertising are submitted to the County, not to exceed the sum of thirtv two thousand twentv-five dollars ($32.025.00) (Kittitas Go. lodqins tax fundins). ln the event that this scheduled event is canceled as a result of conditions not under the control of the parties, including but not limited to weather, accidents, the current pandemic based on the virus known as COVID-19, or any other condition commonly referred to in the law as "force majeure", the parties agree that moneys paid from the Lodging Tax Account(s) related to this event to "Keen-cider" shall be recovered to the extent possible and that all such recovered funds shall be paid back to the Lodging Tax account within 30 days thereafter. All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in full force and effect.
