ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the PSA amendment between Elmview
and Kittitas County. (Effective date: 07/01/2021-06/30/2022)
BACKGROUND
The PSA between Elmview and Kittitas County allows consultant to provide training and
technical assistance specific to developmental disabilities. The amendment is to reflect millage,
which are collected based on the general fund. The “community services” fund is split in half,
with half going to Developmental Disabilities as millage.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 08/07/2021.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 09/08/2021.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the PSA amendment between Elmview
and Kittitas County. (Effective date: 07/01/2021-06/30/2022)
