Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br />Agenda Staff Report <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />September 21, 2021 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the retroactive PSA amendment <br />between Elmview and Kittitas County. (Effective date: 07/01/2020-06/30/2021) <br />BACKGROUND <br />The PSA between Elmview and Kittitas County allows consultant to provide training and <br />technical assistance specific to developmental disabilities. The amendment is to reflect millage, <br />which are collected based on the general fund. The “community services” fund is split in half, <br />with half going to Developmental Disabilities as millage. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 08/07/2021. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 09/08/2021. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the retroactive PSA amendment <br />between Elmview and Kittitas County.
