ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes a Resolution authorizing the execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the Kittitas County Public Health Department and the
Department of Ecology. (Effective dates: July 1, 2021- June 30, 2023)
BACKGROUND:
Provide regional solutions and intergovernmental cooperation; prevent or minimize
environmental contamination through planning and project implementation; and comply with
state and local solid and hazardous waste management plans and laws.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 08/13/2021.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 08/16/2021.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes a Resolution authorizing the execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the Kittitas County Public Health Department and the
Department of Ecology. (Effective dates: July 1, 2021- June 30, 2023)
