between Kittitas County and Laughing Horse Arts Foundation, d.b.aJazz in the Valley
Lodging Tax Agreement 2021-004 is hereby amended as allowed by section 9(b) of the original Grant Agreement to reflect the underlined changes that the Consolidated committee made on
the 7/23/21 CLTAC meeting.
Section 2. Payment.a. As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the Contractor’s Services, the County agrees to pay Contractor the sum of fourteen thousand five hundred
dollars ($14,500.00) ($2,339.48 City of Cle Elum lodging tax fund, $9,000 City of Ellensburg lodging tax funding and $3,160.52 Kittitas Co. lodging tax fund).b.Additional payment terms:
The County will make payment to the Contractor only on a reimbursement basis, as receipts/invoices for any items including marketing and/or advertising are submitted to the County,
not to exceed the sum of fourteen thousand five hundred dollars ($14,500.00) ($2,339.48 City of Cle Elum lodging tax fund, $9,000 City of Ellensburg lodging tax funding and $3,160.52
Kittitas Co. lodging tax fund).c. Services/Expenses that are reimbursed must be dated during the current year and final date to submit reimbursements requests is January 15, 2022, after

requirements of your events will be required on prescribed forms from the County Auditor.f. Contractor is eligible to claim reimbursement for the following items and amounts only:
Rent canvas tents to cover the seating areas at the Rotary Pavilion, our main venue
Rent porta-potties and wash stations for outside venues
Hire security to police the festival Friday & Saturday nights from 6pm until Midnight
Help defray the rentals costs of the sound equipment used at the Rotary Pavilion.
Rent cooling devices/fans for the venues if the temperatures during the festival require them.
On-line and print advertising focused on target audience.
Social media advertising
Use an on-line exit survey to get feedback from festival attendees
Rent performing arts spaces for venues.Radio advertisingSpeaker and talent fees Artist expensesEquipment Rental
