CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES

Regular Meeting
MONDAY 1:30 PM August 23, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; and Vice -
Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others In -Person: Dan Carlson, Community Development Services;
Mark Cook, Josh Fredrickson and Rebecca Cruse, Public Works; and
five ( 5 ) members of the public.
Others via WebEx: Neil Caulkins, Prosecuting Attorney; Jessica
Miller, Community Development Services and three (3) members of
the public.
At 1:31 pm Chairman Wachsmith opened the Community Development
Services Study Session.
AGRITOURISM DISCUSSION
CDS Director Dan Carlson stated this item is request for Hillary
Jensen regarding agritourism. He stated we have a couple of
items that are on the docket this year that would allow for some
agritourism activities. Hillary Jensen, with The Patch at Jensen
Farms, presented possible growth and educational opportunities
for agritourism. Slides and packets were provided at meeting and
emailed to the Commissioners.
