AGENDA DATE: September 7, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to schedule a Public Hearing for September 21,
2021, at 2:00pm local time to Consider Amending Kittitas
County Code Chapter 3.09 (0.10) Real Estate Excise Tax
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners may increase Real
Estate Excise Tax by amending Kittitas County Code 3.09
(0.10). Amending County Code requires a public hearing
prior to amendment consideration.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Schedule a Public Hearing for September 21, 2021, at 2:00
PM local time to consider amending Kittitas County Code
3.09 (0.10) Real Estate Excise Tax.
HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works.
ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing.

Auditorium, 205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider amending Kittitas
County Code Chapter 3.09 (0.10) Real Estate Excise Tax.
