AGENDA DATE: September 7, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing on September 21, 2021, at 2pm to
consider Equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorize
disposal of same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs:
E.R. & R. 4184 2006 Sterling Dump Truck

E.R. & R. #522 2005 Falls Plow 312-R
Serial #R3472T05
E.R. & R. #EQ722 HP T1100ps Large Format Color Printer
Serial #MY7CF4C06K
The Department of Public Works requests that a Public Hearing be
held on September 21, 2021, at 2:00 pm to declare the above listed
equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize disposal of
same. The Department of Public Works plans to surplus the
equipment in accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for September 21, 2021, at 2:00 pm to consider
equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize disposal of
same.

Auditorium, 205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider the following
equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs:
