KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA ITEM STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: September 7, 2021 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing on September 21, 2021, at 2pm to <br />consider Equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorize <br />disposal of same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br />BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs: <br />E.R. & R. 4184 2006 Sterling Dump Truck <br />VIN #2FZHAZDE86AV76834 <br />E.R. & R. #522 2005 Falls Plow 312-R <br />Serial #R3472T05 <br />E.R. & R. #EQ722 HP T1100ps Large Format Color Printer <br />Serial #MY7CF4C06K <br />The Department of Public Works requests that a Public Hearing be <br />held on September 21, 2021, at 2:00 pm to declare the above listed <br />equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize disposal of <br />same.
