COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON CONFERENCE ROOM/WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 10:00 A.M. AUGUST 30, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright (via WebEx).
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Carly Brettmann,
Communications Director; Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant;
and Phil Backlund, Consultant.
SPECIAL MEETING WEEKLY PLANNING UPDATE COMMISSIONERS
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a weekly planning update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the weekly planning agenda and
distributed a copy of the Accountability Chart
The Board reviewed good news; their “rocks”; issues on track to
solve; and a recap of their to-do lists.
Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board, explained that Jim Goeben, IT
Director and Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor had questions
relating to the Traction Tools software program. Mr. Backlund
offered to meet with them to answer questions, as well as Chairman
Wachsmith and Julie Kjorsvik.
Meeting adjourned at 11:04 a.m.
