COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 10:00 A.M. AUGUST 9, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant and Phil Backlund,
Consultant.
SPECIAL MEETING WEEKLY PLANNING UPDATE COMMISSIONERS
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a weekly planning update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the weekly planning agenda and
distributed a copy of the measurables with the assigned Commissioner
listed.
The Board reviewed good news; their “rocks”; constituent/employee
headlines; issues on track to solve; a recap of their to-do lists;
and a rating of the meeting.
The Board reviewed the electronic system and website that Mr.
Backlund would like them to start using to track these meetings.
Meeting adjourned at 10:57 a.m.
