AUGUST 9, 2021 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant and Phil Backlund, <br />Consultant. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING WEEKLY PLANNING UPDATE COMMISSIONERS <br />At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil <br />Backlund, for a weekly planning update. <br /> <br />Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the weekly planning agenda and <br />distributed a copy of the measurables with the assigned Commissioner <br />listed. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed good news; their “rocks”; constituent/employee <br />headlines; issues on track to solve; a recap of their to-do lists; <br />and a rating of the meeting. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed the electronic system and website that Mr. <br />Backlund would like them to start using to track these meetings. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:57 a.m. <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> Taylor Crouch Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />
