ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Amending Changes to the Bylaws
of the Kittitas County Fair Board
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners agreed to adding additional
language to the bylaws of all Boards, Committees, and
Commissions: Kittitas County will defend and indemnify Committee
members as provided for in Kittitas County Code Chapter 2.73.
Language added under Article XI. Sec. 4 of the attached bylaws.
