COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 10:00 A.M. AUGUST 2, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Phil Backlund,
Consultant.
SPECIAL MEETING WEEKLY PLANNING UPDATE COMMISSIONERS
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a weekly planning update.
The Board shared good things that were happening along with
reviewing the latest list of “rocks”. Mr. Phil Backlund, Consultant
reviewed a copy of One Year Goals and 90 Day Rock Summary;
Accountability Chart; and The People Analyzer. He said this week
would be the last time things will be in paper form. He said it
would be all online and the Commissioners will each have an account
with real time changes that they can log into. He said the next
steps were the EOS System which will identify the roles of each
person and accountability.
At the conclusion the Board and Mr. Backlund rated the meeting and
how productive they felt it was.
Meeting adjourned at 11:00 a.m.
