ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve Resolution authorizing approval of contract with Comprehensive Healthcare related to
Coronavirus (CDBG-CV2-) contract number 20-6221C-115 Amendment A.
BACKGROUND: On July 19, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners signed the contract amendment with
Washington State Department of Commerce. This amends the original agreement #20 -6221C-
115 and increases the amount from $292,364 to $447,130. The $154,766 was approved by
Commerce in June 2021.
The application submitted was for $154.766 with the program allocation as shown below:
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution authorizing approval of contract with Comprehensive Healthcare to
Coronavirus (CDBG-CV-2) period August 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023, in the amount of
$154,766.
