2021 AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: August 3, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing on August 17, 2021 at 2:00
pm to consider the establishment of Micheletto Road onto
the public road system.
BACKGROUND: Public Works vacated Micheletto Road with Resolution
2019-096. Subsequent to that effort, adjoining property
owners petitioned Public Works to re-establish Micheletto
Road. County Surveyor Turnbull has recently completed
the work required to re-establish Micheletto Road and
Public Works has the necessary deeds in hand supporting
re-establishment. The new road is shorter and has an
approved turn -around at the end supporting future
maintenance operations.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Schedule a public hearing for August 17, 2021 at 2:00 PM
local time receiving testimony for establishing Micheletto
Road onto the County public road system.
HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works.

205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider the Establishment of Micheletto
Road onto the Public Road System.
