(Effective dates: January 1, 2022- December 31, 2026) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Interlocal Agreement between the Kittitas County Public Health Department and Tacoma Pierce County <br />Health Department is made and entered into so that KCPHD may issue food workers cards from the Tacoma <br />Pierce Food Handlers on line system. The agreement outlines funding and maintenance of the online <br />version of the Tacoma Pierce County Food Handlers test in Kittitas County. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 13, 2021 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 15, 2021 <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes a Resolution authorizing the execution of an Interlocal <br />Agreement between the Kittitas County Public Health Department and Tacoma Pierce County Health <br />Department.
