JULY 27, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present via Webex: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz and <br />Commissioner Cory Wright. Excused: Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Neil <br />Calkins, Chief Civil Deputy; Patti Stacey, Solid Waste <br />Director/Project Manager/Interim Maintenance Director; Carly <br />Brettmann, Communications Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:42 p.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:52 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 1:52 p.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency.
