JULY 19, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Commissioner <br />Cory Wright. Assistant; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Jerry Pettit, <br />Auditor; Carly Brettmann, Communications Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending July 16, 2021. <br /> <br />REQUEST TRANSFER SURPLUS VEHICLE AUDITOR <br /> <br />Jerry Pettit, County Auditor requested the Board consider allowing <br />them to transfer the red Ford Escape from CDS’s surplus to the <br />Auditor’s Office. He stated that they are needing a designated pool <br />car with all the traveling they do to Upper County for elections <br />etc., and it should work just fine for their needs. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to authorize the transfer of the Red <br />Escape currently surplused by CDS and move it into the County <br />Auditor’s personal pool for elections use. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT CIVIL SERVICE - PENDERGRASS COMMISSIONERS <br />
