JULY 16, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor, Jesse Cox, EH <br />Supervisor; Patti Stacey, Solid Waste Maintenance Director/Project <br />Manager; Interim Maintenance Director; and Neil Calkins, Chief Civil <br />Deputy. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:30 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced that the Board would <br />recess into Executive Session for 25 minutes to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:55 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 10:55 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 3 minutes to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:58 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
