COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
WEBEX/CONF. ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
FRIDAY 10:30 A.M. JULY 16, 2021
Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-
Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor, Jesse Cox, EH
Supervisor; Patti Stacey, Solid Waste Maintenance Director/Project
Manager; Interim Maintenance Director; and Neil Calkins, Chief Civil
Deputy.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 10:30 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced that the Board would
recess into Executive Session for 25 minutes to discuss with legal
counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing
the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency,
the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is,
or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 10:55 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
At 10:55 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 3 minutes to discuss with legal
counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing
the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency,
the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is,
or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 10:58 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action.
Meeting adjourned 10:58 a.m.
