COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 10:00 A.M. JULY 12, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant and Phil Backlund.
SPECIAL MEETING WEEKLY PLANNING UPDATE COMMISSIONERS
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a weekly planning update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the weekly planning agenda and
distributed a copy of the measurables with the assigned Commissioner
listed.
The Board reviewed good news; how and when they would roll out their
plans; reviewed their “rocks”; constituent/employee headlines;
issues on track to solve; a recap of their to-do lists; and a rating
of the meeting.
There will not be a planning meeting next Monday, July 19th, 2021.
Meeting adjourned at 10:58 a.m.
