A separate Fire Marshal Special Event application will be required for this event secondary to the number of anticipated guests, stage, and temporary membrane structure. The applicant must submit an application with a site plan and have a fire extinguisher on site. The applicant must call the inspection line to request a Fire Marshal inspection 24-48 hours prior to the event when the stage and tent are set up. I approve the event with the condition that they obtain the Fire Marshal special event permit. Public Works would ask that no vehicles be parked in the county road right of way on Vantage Highway. Public Works recommends approval of this event based on these conditions being upheld.
