AGENDA DATE: July 20, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards approval for Chair’s signature on a Software
Maintenance and Support agreement with Camtek Inc.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Sheriff, IT and the Jail camera and lock, and fire
alarm systems were installed by Camtek Inc.
Camtek provides Security Hardware/Software Maintenance and
Support for the Systems. This agreement will provide for continued
Maintenance and Support for the next year.
INTERACTION: Maintenance Director and Camtek
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Boards approval for the Chair to sign the maintenance
agreement with Camtek.
HANDLING: Return to Maintenance.
