Everett Avenue <br />Spokane, WA 99217 <br />Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office <br />307 W Umptanum Road <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />(509)443-2609 FAX (509) 443-2722 (509)933-8218 <br />Camtek shall provide Services as indicated below and in accordance with the attached Service Agreement Terms and <br />Conditions, work scope documents and special provisions which form a part of this Agreement: <br />Fire Alarm System Testing and Inspection Smoke Detector Cleaning and Sensitivity Testing <br />Fire Alarm System Maintenance Emergency Service <br />Security System Testing and Maintenance Critical Parts Stocking <br />Software Maintenance and Support Special Provisions <br />Emergency Lighting Testing and Inspection Other <br />Price: All for the annual sum of (18,665.30) plus applicable taxes. <br />(1) Round Trip Travel Charge Spokane to Ellensburg Two Technicians: $ 988.52 (Security System Testing) <br />(1) Round Trip Travel Charge Spokane to Ellensburg One Technician: $ 718.37 (Security System Software Upgrade <br />and Maintenance) <br />(3) Overnight Meals and Lodging for associated trips listed above: $ 675.00 ($ 225.00 per day) <br />Galaxy Access Control Software Maintenance: $ 2,954.20 (Includes 10 hours Labor for software upgrade) <br />Galaxy Access Control Annual Testing and Hardware Maintenance: $ 6,725.00 <br />ONSSI Video Software Maintenance: $ 2,787.21 (Includes 3 hours Labor for software upgrade) <br />Connected Camera Annual Testing and Hardware Maintenance: $ 3,127.00 <br />Annual Fire Alarm Inspection for the Umptanum Road Facility: $ 195.00 (No Trip Charge for This Inspection) <br />Fire Alarm Hardware Maintenance for the Umptanum Road Facility: $ 495.00 <br />The sum of $ 18,665.30 includes all hardware provided and installed by Camtek and the Galaxy and ONSSI <br />software. Maintenance of the computer hardware provided by Kittitas County is excluded from this contract. This <br />agreement is designed for the testing and maintenance of existing equipment. This contract does not cover the <br />relocation, changing set-up, changing original features or functions, modifications or major overhauls to existing <br />equipment software.
