ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal Agreement for Unemployment Services
BACKGROUND: The Board Signed the Interlocal Agreement Among Yakima, Kittitas, Klickitat, And Skamania Counties to Establish the South Central Workforce Development Council as A Washington
Non-Profit Corporation and To Designate The South Central Workforce Development Council As The Fiscal And Administrative Agent Of The South Central Consortium on June 1st, 2021. County
policy states that all interlocal agreements need an accompanying Resolution, and there was no Resolution previously.
INTERACTION: Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor reviewed the proposed agreement as well as the Resolution.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal Agreement for Unemployment Services
