KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 6, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Allpaid, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office has had an agreement with <br />Allpaid, Inc. (formerly GovPay) since 2015 for processing of bail payments made by <br />credit card. This new Agreement updates the original Agreement with the company <br />name change and their current Participation Agreement for revenue sharing of service <br />fees collected by Allpaid Inc., associated with the bail transactions. Card payments are <br />automatically deposited into the bank account specified by the County Treasurer. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This Professional Services Agreement was reviewed and approved by <br />the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Allpaid, Inc. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one set of originals to Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office; <br />KCSO to return a fully executed original to BOCC upon signature by vendor. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Superintendent Panattoni
