AGENDA DATE: July 6, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Allpaid, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office has had an agreement with
Allpaid, Inc. (formerly GovPay) since 2015 for processing of bail payments made by
credit card. This new Agreement updates the original Agreement with the company
name change and their current Participation Agreement for revenue sharing of service
fees collected by Allpaid Inc., associated with the bail transactions. Card payments are
automatically deposited into the bank account specified by the County Treasurer.
INTERACTION: This Professional Services Agreement was reviewed and approved by
the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Allpaid, Inc.
HANDLING: Please return one set of originals to Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office;
KCSO to return a fully executed original to BOCC upon signature by vendor.
