Request for three years of federal income tax statements, and profit loss statements for the same period. Notice that the County will be vetting the purchaser with Secretaries of States where the purchaser does business. • June 11, 2021: DPA Caulkins and Director Cook phone meet going over transportation short comings from New Suncadia performance to date. • June 15, 2021: Public Works transmits to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office outstanding transportation issues. • June 16, 2021: Lowe responds to Public Works list of outstanding transportation issues. • June 17, 2021: Jeff Slothower transmits a list of four references from municipalities where the purchaser has done business (not Secretaries of State). • June 18, 2021: Internal communication from PA’s Office that protecting federal income tax returns may be problematic as the purchaser is objecting to providing the requested financial documents. • June 22, 2021: Electronic mail from PA Zempel to Jeff Slothower stating the County is under-resourced to perform the requested Secretary of State investigations. • June 24, 2021: Letter from Jeff Slothower with transmittals. No tax returns. No profit and loss statements. No Secretaries of State vetted. Limited financial documentation. • June 25, 2021: Notice that the City of Cle Elum do not wish being signatory on the transfer. • June 28, 2021: Deputy PA Caulkins transmits draft documents for Board consideration. • June 29, 2021: Public Works transmits to DPA Caulkins, PA Zempel and Community Development Services Director Carlson review of submitted financial documents. • June 29, 2021: Electronic mail from Jeff Slothower requesting if the County needs any additional information.
