Assistant; Chris Horner, <br />Deputy Prosecutor; Clay Myers, Sheriff; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance <br />Manager; Lisa Young, HR Director; Mark Cook, Public Works Director; <br />Patti Stacey, Solid Waste Director/Interim Maintenance <br />Director/Project Manager; Neil Caulkins, Chief Deputy Prosecutor; <br />Kady Porterfield, Event Center Director and 3 members of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 25, 2021. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION AMERICAN RESCUE FUNDS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager questioned what the Board <br />wanted to do with the Investment Interest for the American Recuse <br />Funds (ARF) and where they want to place the Investment Interest of <br />the ARF. <br /> <br />The Board approved the Investment Interest to be in a separate fund, <br />124 American Recuse Plan and not go into the General Fund. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION BOWLING ALLEY COMMISSIONERS <br />
