COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 4:00 P.M. JUNE 7, 2021
Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-
Chairman Laura Osiadacz, and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; and Phil
Backlund, Consultant. SPECIAL MEETING FOLLOW UP-COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSIONERS
At 4:02 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to follow
up on the County Vision Planning Process.
The Commissioners met with Phil Backlund, Consultant and debriefed
the June 2nd, 2021 meeting. The Board was able to go more in depth on
the specific action items (rocks) that were identified during the
previous meeting. Mr. Backlund reviewed how to implement the rocks
with a once-a-week special meeting dedicated to the rocks and their
progress. There was discussion on meeting norms and the function and
roles of each Commissioners.
There was direction to Staff to set up weekly meetings to discuss
the rocks.
Meeting adjourned at 4:58 p.m.
