The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 p.m. on July 20,2O2l at the Commissioner's
Auditorium, 205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109 and via webex at h j.phd
MTlD:e18cff73f2[4e283f56cec0lf5db6bea42 to conduct a public hearing to consider the Marian Meadows Development
Agreement (DV-19-00001). The Marian Meadows projectreceivedPlanned Unit Development, Preliminary Plat, and
Conditional Use Permit approval on May l, 2018. A condition of the preliminary approval was thatthe applicant enter into a
development agreement with Kittitas County to address various issues. A public hearing was previousty hin but the
development agreement was remanded to the applicant on December 15,2O2O for discussion on mitigation for impacts to
Easton Fire District # 3 under section 6 of the proposed agreement. Public hearing testimony may bJfimited onlyto the
