AGENDA DATE: June 15, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group.
BACKGROUND: The proposed Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group is for Strategic
Assessment of Opportunities; Grants Strategy; Grant
Guide; Regional Coalition Building; Project Advocacy.
The last agreement expired on April 30 2021, and therefore
it needs to be updated.
INTERACTION: Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor and Lisa Young, HR
Director/Risk Manager has reviewed the proposed
agreement as well as the insurance documents and have
approved the draft Agreement. The amount was included in
the 2021 budget.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group in the amount of
$60,000.00 beginning May 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022.
