KITTITAS UUNTY AIRPORT <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBUC WORKS <br />ADDENDUM TO LEASE <br />THIS ADDENDUM TO LEASE is made and dated this Ì l day of , <br />2005,by and between Kittitas County,a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, <br />hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR,and JAMES LIBENOW and JOHN LlBENOW,and <br />hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS,LESSOR and LESSEE entered into a Lease on May 9,1995,a copy of which <br />is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein;and <br />WHEREAS,according to Paragraph #3 "Adjustment of Rental",it states "After the fifth <br />year,the Lessor shall have the right to increase rental rates as outlined.After the tenth year,the <br />Lessor shall have the right to increase rental rates,provided that the annual rental rate shall not <br />increase to more than 5%of the previous year's annual rental rate,effective at the beginning of <br />the tenth,fifteenth and twentieth year of this lease.." <br />NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the parties to a change in <br />rental rates and contract terms as follows: <br />1)"Paragraph #2 -Rent"-Rental Rates for 06/01/2005 thru 05/31/2010 Term. <br />06/01/05-05/31/10 Rental Rate ($.063 Leasehold Tax Total Per YearTermperSgFt) <br />06/01/05-5/31/06 $432.68 $55.56 $488.2406/01/06-5/31/07 $432.68 $55.56 $488.2406/01/07-5/31/08 $432.68 _$55.56 $488.2406/01/08-5/31/09 $432.68 $55.56 $488.2406/01/09-5/31/10 $432.68 8 55.56 $488.2405/31/10 Renegotiate Reneqotiate <br />2)"Paragraph #5 -Fire Protection Assessment"-will read as follows: <br />LIBENOW LEASE PAGE 1
