This may include surveillance, epidemiology, laboratory capacity, infection control, mitigation, communications, <br />community engagement, and/or other preparedness and response activities for COVID-19.Collect, organize, analyze, enter, and report COVID-19 data, utilizingCREST, WDRS, and internal tracking <br />sheets.Work with partners to ensure testing is provided in a culturally and linguistically responsive manner with an emphasis on making testing available to disproportionally impacted <br />communities and as part of the jurisdiction’s contact tracing strategy.Maintain a current list of entities providing COVID 19 testing and at what volume.Work with partners to provide <br />culturally and linguistically responsive community outreach and education related to COVID-19.Regional active monitoring activities, including partnerships with WA DOH, other Local Health <br />Jurisdictions (LHJs) in the region to collaboratively support epidemiologic and surge capacity needs, and ensure regular communication among LHJs in the region.EXHIBIT "B"COMPENSATIONAs <br />full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay Contractorthe following compensation:$75.00 per hour, not to exceed $15,000.00.Please submit an invoice <br />monthly to:Tristen LambKittitas County Public Health Department507 N Nanum St, Suite 102Ellensburg, WA 98926Tristen.Lamb@co.kittitas.wa.us
