JUNE 7, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner Cory <br />Wright; and Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Admin. Assistant; Jesse Cox, <br />Environmental Health Supervisor and one member of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 4, 2021. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT 509 FACILITY SERVICES PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Professional Services <br />Agreement Renewal between Kittitas County and 509 Facility Services <br />to provide decontamination of spaces previously occupied by <br />individuals under isolation or quarantine orders through June 14, <br />2021. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FISH COMMUNITY FOOD BANK PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Professional Services <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank to <br />provide In-Home Services to provide grocery and/or prepared meal <br />delivery to individuals under isolation or quarantine order at their <br />place of residence through June 25th, 2021. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
