COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 1:00 P.M. MAY 27, 2021
Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-
Chairman Laura Osiadacz, and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Lisa
Young, Human Resources Director; Patti Stacey, Solid Waste
Director/Interim Maintenance Director/Project Manager; Clinton Van
De Venter, Operator/Mechanic; and Tom Cash, Staff Representative. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
*This meeting was not recorded due to the Executive Session and some
participants needing to call in.*
At 1:05 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss that portion of a
meeting during which the governing body is planning or adopting the
strategy or position to be taken by the governing body during the
course of any collective bargaining, professional negotiations, or
grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals made
in the negotiations or proceedings while in progress. No action
anticipated.
At 1:15 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
Meeting adjourned 1:16 p.m.
