BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF'WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2O2I - A8g <br />AUTHORIZETHE SELECTION OF WILDLANDS,INC. FOR SPRING CREEK <br />PLANTING AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO SIGN THE <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS: Public Works prepared a request for proposals for Spring Creek Planting services in <br />April202l consistent with state and County procurement requirements; and <br />WHEREAS: Submittals for service were due by May 14,2021; and <br />WHEREAS: One (1) qualified proposal was received; and <br />WHEREAS: An internal Public Works review team reviewed the proposal and recommends award <br />to Wildlands Inc.
